Ogden Utah Marathon 2008

It is finally here. My first half marathon. After all those long hours of running. The day finally came. I could not believe all the people that willing do this. It was a very defining moment for me. My friend Megan in this picture, talked me into doing it. She had an amazing time. Just under 2 hours. Mine was a little bit more than that. Hee hee.

Michael, Abby and Aidan made me a sign that was putt up on the course. Knowing me and I cannot see anything right in front of me did not see it. Friends Megan and Adam took a picture to show me the sign later. Michael was so supportive of one of my life goals. When I told him I was going to do this, his first words were what can I do to help you. I married an amazing. When I ran past Michael and the kids on the day of the race, Abby told me that I was sweaty. Oh the honesty of kids.

Elliana Lily McClellan

She is finally here. Elliana Lily McClellan. The proud parents are my brother Jeremy and sister in law Lynda. I knew that they would make a beautiful baby. I just cannot believe all that hair.

Recetption

Our Reception was held at the Point Reception Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Abby was our flower girl and Aidan the ring bearer. My wedding colors were red and orange. I had to have a cake that matched.

Bountiful Utah Sealing

Michael and I were married November 18, 2006 in the Bountiful, Utah temple. This was the best day of my life. It really meant a lot to me that my family and friends traveled from Michigan, Iowa, Idaho and Ohio. This day would not have been as special without y'all.

Owen

Owen as a puppy. He became a part of our family in December 2008. He has brought a lot of fun and happiness. He loves ice cubes, chewing toilet paper, and has a lot of chew toys. He has a lot of nicknames-Muffin, Bubble Bee, and the kids call him Mow Mow. He answers to whatever we call him.

Made a wedding cake

This is my first wedding cake that I actually got paid for. I am hoping to be able to do this more often. I really enjoy it.

Easter 2008-Abby and Aidan had

an Easter Egg hunt. The top corner Aidan fell asleep with his butt in the air. Just could not pass up the opportunity to show the world.

Family Vacation

Our first family vacation. Michael, his Mom, step Dad Roy, the kids and I went to see Cameron and his wife Jerusha. We are at the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz in the sunny pictures and the cloudy ones are in San Fanfrancisco. We had a great time. I told Michael that it is crazy how similiar California is to Northern Michigan. One of the sites was the Golden Gate Bridge and it was pretty small. The movies always make it seem so big. Then we went to China Town and I felt so small in the world. Life gives you some amazing experiences.
